Situated in a ski in/ski out location and close to
all Hotham amenities, you access the Hotham lift network via the popular
Davenport access trail.
Sun's location is central to Jack Frost Ski Hire, Lift
Ticket Sales, Ski School, Bar, Supermarket and Ski Shuttle to all Hotham
Village stops (All only 100m ski/walk).
So close, yet Hotham Sun Apartments are
nestled in a quiet location. Away from the hullabaloo of snow making machines,
chairlifts, snow grooming machines and noisy party goers.
The apartment is presented like a luxury hotel suite with towels, linen and basic condiments for up to 8 guests.
The private entrance to your Hotham Sun Apartment opens to a generous
vestibule where you can gear up for the day and safely store your
equipment.
Strip off your wet gear and
place it straight into the "walk in" drying room. Boot racks are even provided, so your boots
will always be warm and dry in the morning.
A cedar glass door takes you into the lounge and main living area.
The Hotham Sun Apartments are beautifully furnished with a tasteful mix of timber and modern materials. The sun soaked lounge is carpeted and has a warming gas log fire.

fully equipped laundry and separate toilet come off the main living area. The units are equipped with satellite TV, DVD,

The Hotham Sun Apartments are also fitted with FREE WIRELESS
INTERNET, so bring your devices along to keep in touch with your business and
friends.

Both bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs. The King
Size master has an en-suite and small balcony.
The other bedroom has 2 bunks (4 beds).
Most Hotham Sun Apartments have a fold out bed or portable
mattresses, taking the total sleeping accommodation to a maximum of 8.
A second bathroom is conveniently accessed from the upstairs
hallway adjacent to the second bedroom.

Skiing is an awesome family activity
The Hotham Sun Apartments are a perfect family destination. The apartments are nestled in a
gorgeous location among the snow-gums that is sheltered from the wind. Your youngsters can safely snow-play outside, giving you the option to either join in or watch from the warmth inside.
There are no dangerous steep icy slopes nor is there any hazardous
snow-shed from the buildings. Infants are welcome and we will provide a complimentary cot and high chair if requested.
Ski school is just a 2 stop shuttle ride and the kids will look forward to the adventure of an easy ski back to the apartment at the end of the day.
We are happy to provide advice on all mountain activities and can arrange for discounted lift / lesson / hire deals during shoulder and low season.
